At Kirby's Comic Art, we want you to be completely satisfied with your apparel and gear. If your purchase isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange unworn items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garment is in its original, unworn condition.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your requested exchange within 5-7 business days.
